Depends what working out means. Doing 100 reps on the abductor machine with 2 plates loaded on the stack trying as hard not to break a sweat or grimace with exertion to me doesn't cut it as working out. More women tend to rag themselves with cardio, yoga, pilates and anything that won't build bulky manly muscle but it's fairly rare to see a woman who takes her strength training seriously and when they do it is impressive.

^ Yeah, the "getting bulky" myth is still very strong. I know a 5'4" lady that could (before injury) deadlift 150kg, squat 100kg and bench 70kg, you wouldn't know it looking at her. The worst women will get is a nicer butt and thighs

I prefer to see women working out complicated math problems. The sight of a woman solving a difficult nonlinear differential equation with just a pen and paper really does it for me.
