Thanks, do feel better. Had a drink though!
Sometimes my thoughts get in a spiral of anger, mostly due to bad memories, things I strugle to face.

ps Im not giggling about someone cutting themselves on cereal. Its totally the sort of thing I do. (Bashed my head on a bottle opener once. Was seeing stars...)

Shut down. shut down so f**king hard.

I can feel it, something good will come out of this. Why don't they show this in movies? My whole life could be a movie. A damn good one too.

Not sure what's wrong with me at the moment. My mood seems to cycle from one extreme to the other every few hours.

Very well done

Me, I just sent an email to my adviser of studies telling her why Im having difficulties (general anxiety and SA). I really wanted to not be 'different' this time round, or make a fuss, but I think it's time I no longer suffered in silence, and let them know what's going on. Im not a deliberate slacker - I bust my guts doing that cleaning job, and trying to go to classes, but how can you write decent essays when you're terrified every time you turn the page of a book, and you haven't had a proper night's sleep for years? Surely that is a genuine medical condition and warrants a little bit of leeway/understanding?

My sympathies C. I was almost sent to one of those for not going to school. they weren't actually interested in finding out why I wasn't going to school.

Fuck social workers and the rest of their ilk.

Pretty rubbish. Although I had a fair idea what the result of my ESA medical would be, it still knocks u back a bit when u see it in black and white.

Alright, I'm posting because the forum told me to because I hadn't posted in a while... and forums need to be obeyed... lol.

I'm okay. Nervous about a number of things. Need to arrange my first therapy appointment. Need to get a job (the thought of which terrifies me, but regardless of that, I now need to work to be able to afford to stay living where I am). Nervous about my increasingly strained relationship with my brother and parents. Nervous about my three exams coming up.

And I'm feeling pretty depressed lately, because I feel like I have no talents at anything.

My anger suddenly flairs up out of nowhere. I mean sometimes its understandable but sometimes it seems to come from nothing.

We SAers can be clumsy I think, as we seem to not live in the moment, we are usually concentrating on our thoughts.

I'm kinda drunk, we got this rum in India (McDowells) and it's so damn nice, wish we'd brought more back - it only cost £2 a bottle!

Not been around on here for a few months. Been struggling with a bit of depression. Just feel flat as a pancake, with an empty brain, that's got nothing left in it. No ideas, dreams, motivations etc. How did life push me into a cul-de-sac and drain everything from me? Feel too anxious and avoidant to even post on here now. Probably need to see the doctor again and go for whatever she is handing out.

Pleased Found a neuropsychiatrist (aka they might have a clue what they're on about) who runs an ADHD clinic and accepts private referrals from therapists/psychologists so they won't be able to dig up all of my history from the GP. Might finally get the diagnosis I should have had years ago and finally make some progress.
