been very depressed my appetite has been zero since last Wednesday |I have managed half a packet of wotsits and a banana. In an effort to look after my self I brought this replacemt meal shake for vegans , it tastes exactly as bad as sounds and then worse.

They are mainly from culling or whatever. Beats battery farming in my opinion. Picking four types of animal and breeding them as we do seems strange when so many other carcases get thrown away.

Yeah I agree on the whole. My issue I suppose was more the fact that Zebra comes from Africa and I'm not sure of how regulated it all is, things like storage and exporting conditions. I'm probably talking from a position of ignorance and as usual over thinking. When you really think about it some of the standards in this country for say Chicken it's pretty dire, the mind boggles as to why we eat this crap.

^ I am totally understanding of vegetarians and vegans and such, in fact some of my best mates are vegetables but it seems wrong how people can buy pre-packaged meat and not really notice its part of an animal. It has been a while since I had zebra but when I get stuff I do check these things, I am pretty sure they are culled. Kangaroos are farmed as meat but they live over vast areas. The shark I had was killed for its fins from what I gather and they are now finding a market for the rest of the carcass.

It odd, growing up I hated anything that looked like meat, chops, even bacon. I guess that is why I felt I should go the other way and force myself to accept it, I may have gone a tad over board though.

How would a chili not have peppers in already ? That is actual insanity. Although IMO you can shove the jacket potato up your arse, ideally while still hot. By nigella if that helps you psychologically ?
