Feeling rather sorry for myself. Pumped with adrenaline from sleep deprivation and meds, plus doses of an asthma pump and upset from someone so feeling pretty shakey and confused. Plus have elements of the flu remaining so feeling generally not myself. All the while thinking my gut instinct has been right all along and I'm being played like a fool, meanwhile trying to keep hold of what naive kindess I have left before they steal that too. I should sleep but then I won't wake until late and my routine has gone to pot lately so really can't afford to, but also desperately need sleep to work this feeling off.
