Default Anxiety at Work and Forgetfulness..

I find work really hard the longer you stay somewhere. Because of hierarchies and politics and intimidation.

I work a pretty stressful retail job. Anyway, you are expected to do the job of 3-4 people in one shift with a minimal staffed crew and if things aren't perfect or something isn't signed, or is missed then you are written up or your manager is.

Literally, running on your feet all day, working damn hard, but are expected to not make mistakes.

I've had a lot of anxiety and stress issues because of it. I comfort eat and drink etc.

It's not possible to be perfect in these environments and anything missed is an email to my manager and an angry manager the next day, even though you went beyond to and beyond to complete tasks.

Can't wait to get out.

Have no idea how people do it and I'm pretty damn organised and well practiced in the job. So much out of your control as well.
