Yeah, I do love a nice cup of tea in the morning. Yorkshire tea is my favourite. I also like peppermint tea.

It's been a while since I've drunk any tea. I think the last time was when I was binge watching Downton Abbey and I remember feeling quite regal drinking my Twinings. While also dunking my jammie dodgers in it.

Although I have been drinking peppermint tea recently. But that wasn't related to Downtown Abbey. A Bruce forsyth was occuring. Although I think it was the shredded wheat that helped to clear the traffic. Where this two shall pass as it were.

I can understand why those who don't work wouldn't need a tea or coffee.

How do you get yourself going for the work day ahead? I don't mean that in a judgemental way because I'd prefer to not feel like I could do with a cup of tea! Do you just wake up feeling ready? Ever since covid I don't really like more than one cup of tea.

I alternate, sometimes I'll have a Yorkshire Gold tea first thing and sometimes I'll have a Tassimo Costa latte from the machine. Always in a mug though, never a glass.

I'm really not a morning person, and can't function without at least one huge mug of strong coffee. I love tea but it's better as an afternoon drink; decaf tea is my evening beverage of choice.

My god, im so stuffed up, I ended up having a bruce forsyth on the loo. Thankfully i got a brucie bonus so no damage done.

I didn't get the reference myself Tubbs until I looked it up. I came across Brucie while looking for other slang words. But the other words were quite crude. After all, I do drink Twinings and watch Downton Abbey.

Although once I wrote to them to tell them about a tea party and they sent loads of boxes of tea for us to have.

Then another time I wrote to them to ask if I could try a sample of biscuit tea because I didn't want to commit to buying a whole box in case I didn't like it. They said no and they sent me a pen instead.
