Made a phone call

I was supposed to call my future boss at a new job I will start in September. I promised to phone in January so the time was running out, but I kept putting off that call as I hate phone calls to people I don't know well. Phone calls must be the thing where my SA level is highest, I can still spend ages to work up the courage to make a phone call, and when I have finally made my decision to phone, I can still sit there for a long time untilI finally pick up the receiver.

Well, when I finally rang, the phone call went really well and the man was even happy to hear from me. I've arranged everything that I wanted to sort out with him, and will go see them next week.

Making phone calls is something I really hate doing but my job involves having to do this so its something I'm trying to work on at the moment.

That's great well done i also had a phonecall today which made me well anxious. I was asleep at the time lol and was woken up by my mum to have a 40min conversation with these people about some benefit i may be getting, was tough!

I can get stuck when making phone calls to people and it can take ages to make the decision and then actually make the call can take more time...it can be so frustrating.

Well Done!! I've always hated talking to strangers on phone too and only do it when I've no choice basically.
