Default Spoke to my doctor for the first time in years.

Over the phone though.

I could'nt believe how nervous I was because I'm never really bothered about speaking over the phone.

I suppose it's because it was personal though.

I stuttered a few times so I kept it short even though I have loads of thing's I need to tell him.

I've decided to try citalopram to see if that helps.

I'm dead against drugs but I've got to try something.

I told him that the plan was to try the drug and see if it could get me outside, so I could actually go and see him in person and go through thing's and issues in more detail.

He agreed, so hopefully this is the first step to getting out of my head and my thoughts, and actually doing something practicle to combat my problems.

I'm so tried of blocking stuff out with day dreaming, TV, internet etc and NOT facing my issues.

The avoidant part of me has completely taken over for years and I must do something to stop avoiding all the time.
