I was looking at some low calorie snacks and i realised that i could have a couple of eggs and thats rather satisfying but still actually low cal. i'm gonna have a couple of boiled eggs and a slice of bread later, and i'll still be well under my cals for the day ^-^

They were given to me by someone i deliver to. Her son has a tree in his garden - there were loads of them, i would've taken the lot but i was too English to ask

Kelloggs coconut, cashew & almond granola.

It makes me laugh the serving portions for these things - who on earth eats just 45g??! That's a childs handful! Hamsters store more in their cheeks!
