In all seriousness, if you're at one end of the confidence scale, try turning things on their head and act like you're the opposite. Not incremental improvement, go for the jugular! Look yourself in the mirror, give yourself a few Ric Flair "WOOOOOO!"'s, and go get 'em. If you think you'll never be normal, don't be - just be a better kind of extreme. Worth a go. |

^ I think the tough part is becoming settled inside ourselves, we can so often be very self critical. Sometimes I reckon it's our own opinion of ourselves that is far more the issue than other people's view. There's no benefit in ignoring other people's (normally imagined) opinions if our own is so destructive. Just my own experience anyway.

Don't cry over spilt milk -I got this from a self help vid and basically it means don't worry too much over things that aren't in your control.
