I always find with Goggins I can’t fully follow his advice as it just feels too uncomfortable. I think JP’s advice is a softer but similar regarding physical actions however when JP talks about stuff like IQ I prefer listening to Goggins as he talks about dealing with a learning difficulty whilst JP would say you are limited by your IQ.

I like the material known as corduroy,
It's a material that takes me back to simpler times,
When Status Quo and Terry Wogan were in the charts and people like Max Bygraves were considered to be 'entertainment'
