Something by Cocteau Twins, or Neil Young,
You can't beat a bit of Jimi Hendrix either, Rush can be good for a bit of a buzz, Simple Minds even, the list goes on.
Live music can be very motivating too, a lot of live bands can have that extra buzz about them,

I have loads of stuff I'm into, a couple of my siblings are musicians, I've even played in a couple of bands myself, so I've always been exposed to loads of music over the years.
usually have my Spotify list on the go at work every day and never seem to tire of adding to it and replaying it all the time.
There's just so much good music out there, I keep coming across something new every few weeks.

Some Kirk Franklin

Some of Sam Gellaitry’s latest album has made me feel that sometimes it’s good to be weird as I don’t think a completely normal acting person would be able to imagine some of the songs he produced. Or someone who is afraid of being quirky.

I am a child of the 90s, so I like songs from that era that trick my brain into thinking I can move my fat carcass off the sofa and still dance about

Waterfall: The Stone Roses (probably my favourite all time song if I had to pick one)
..and the whole of that album
What I am: Edie Brickell
Been caught stealin: Jane's addiction
Killing in the name of: Rage against the machine
Blister in the sun: The Violent Femmes
Your Love: Frankie knuckles
Everything starts with an e: e-zee posse
Born Slippy: Underworld
Back to Life: Soul to Soul
Big time sensuality:Bjork

I really love Mr Brightside: The Killers, it's probably my other favourite song
Empire state of mind: Alicia Keys
Jolene: Dolly Parton

Quite a big fan of the song Mr Blue Sky: ELO at the moment

These are songs that energise me a bit

I am a big fan of Of Monsters and Men, I love Dirty Paws 🐾 We went to see them a few weeks ago and singing along to it with a room full of people, with my sons, was amazing, I expect it will always be a special song for me

Ever listened to This is the sea by the Waterboys? very big trumpety sounding songs, I loved that album...also a big fan of Fisherman's blues, but that was less trumpety, more folky
