Re: Rate the last film you watched (4)..
^ Rose acted very crappily towards him at the end. I mean, there was enough room for both of them. If Nev was on there, he would have pulled Jack straight onto that wood.

Re: Rate the last film you watched (4)..
^I thought so too. If she'd have just sat upright and stopped hogging the wood Jack would have lived. You could have fit Jack, Rose and Nev on that thing!

Re: Rate the last film you watched (4)..
^ I think Max's muscular frame would weigh the wood down causing it to sink, so he wouldn't have been able to get on. Oh forget it. Kick Jack and Rose off, and just have Nev and Max on the wood.
Oh god, Max is making an appearance in films now. |

Re: Rate the last film you watched (4)..
^He should make an appearance in films I think Nev would have come in handy in Inception. They could have used his chest hair to tie all of the people together in the dream state and float them down the hallway.

Re: Rate the last film you watched (4)..
the drop
great chemistrty between hardy and gandolfini in this. tom hardy plays a bar tender in a mob run Brooklyn bar when things turn real ****y after its robbed. he comes across like rocky balboa a bit slow witted living a simple life raising an abused puppy he finds in a dustbin but don't let that fool you cos he's actually cold smart and calculating under the suface. I think the moral of the story is don't come between a man and his adopted dog espeicially when the looney scumbag owner threatens to legally reclaim it, starve it and bash its head in with a rock out of spite. 8/10 |

Re: Rate the last film you watched (4)..
Monty Python and the Holy Grail yesterday with family, actually the first time I've seen it despite having it on my 'to watch' list for some time.
And oh my word, what a bloody brilliant film, comedy at its best I'd say, from the opening scene as Arthur comes over the hill pretending to be riding a horse with a guy banging 2 coconuts together and one of my favourite lines of the film, 'Are you suggesting that coconuts migrate?' to one of the funniest endings I've seen to a film when King Arthur gets arrested by the police hahahaha Also, Monty Python at its silly, surreal and hilarious best, what with the Knights who say NI!! NI!!!! And the scenes where Arthur and the knights are riding around the countryside on their imaginary horse with that awesome questing music that has been stuck in my head ever since in the background, I love those scenes Great film, probably my favourite Python film, 9/10 |

Re: Rate the last film you watched (4)..
Starred Up - 8/10 British prison drama, gritty and realistic akin to the seminal Scum. This was surprisingly good as it could have been a terrible pastiche of many prison movies. Without givng too much away the main character relationships could have drifted into nauseating sentimentality but thankfully stopped short. Jack O'Connell is definitely one to watch.
