Monthly Reading group
I believe there’s a responsibility and accountability to work on social anxiety so an idea I had was
a monthly group to watch self-help material on YouTube or read a self help book. And any suggestions of such material? One book I know I need to refer to more is: Dare Others which are a really good help for social anxiety? |

Re: Monthly Reading group
This is a great idea, Lozzle!
Count me in. I'd prefer videos over books though. It might be easier to generate discussion and is accessible to all and people can then dip in and out when it's a topic or area they'd like to explore. You could have monthly topics or areas to look at? |

Re: Monthly Reading group
Haha yeah! I guess it's more about the discussion and growth and things to try. Love this idea!
