Here goes, I'm Sarah, I've had social phobia for 14 years since I had a breakdown. I've always been nervous but it didn't stop me going to uni and travelling abroad on my own. Now I am unable to work and if I'm honest even posting this is making me anxious, but I am determined to try and overcome this.

Hi Sarah, I've had a breakdown two years ago and have been left with SA. I do go to work part-time now, but I find that after a tough day, I come home 'damaged'; in total fear that something bad will happen.
