Thank you for your guys understanding by the way, ashamed of way I spoke the other day on here.
All I want is to be a decent person and just live a normal life and it seems so simple yet I always end up on a downward spiral. Hopefully I will get assessed when I talk to whoever it is I've been sent to.

Hey Johnny, dont feel bad or embarrassed about anything said on here. No one is offended, we just all feel for you. Maybe try to embrace the idea that you are not making this up or over blowing your situation and that you actually do need some help and support. Its ok for you to get it. Do it for your mam if nothing else.

Think your test levels might be low mate?

I think a lot of blokes depression cam be down to low test.

We should be getting test and not bloody anti d's.

^ I thought that too but apparently it's in normal range ( whatever that means lol) I have body hair etc, quite a bit actually but my face just doesn't get even cover

They usually can't grow a beard due to low test.

Did you have acne when you were younger?

Maybe some acne scaring has fecked the follicles up.

Maybe you should get a second opinion on test levels.

Let's be honest they don't want to prescribe it it's expensive.
