I'm feeling so stressed with work - I just have a constant big ball of stress in my belly when there and feel like I'm gonna explode! I can't cope with it.

I'm feeling so strung out I'm gonna either slash up my leg.. eat silly amounts of food, drink vodka or spend silly money on silly things online

Nah, that's not good Iris, please don't do that. I can totally empathise with you re: the ball of stress - I've been carrying that around in my stomach since last week & my head is due to erupt at any minute.

Is there anyone you can talk to at work who could make your current situation a bit more manageable?

Sometimes the best cure is just to get a good night's sleep.
