'Luxury fruit & nut' museli + a chopped banana.

Stodgy af cos i had no milk so used yoghurt instead. I didn't want to water it down too much, and after mixing it up i thought it tasted okay so got on with it. It turned into a right old slog by the halfway point, but i've nearly .. beaten it all.

Mine's similar: tuna, mayo, celery, onion, salt & pepper, bit of olive oil

I'm gonna have to get into the wrap scene, there's lots you can do with them. I only ever eat them when i buy some prepared from coop or somewhere.

^Yeah. I got into them from that healthy eating course thing I did (you can get wholemeal wraps too). They seem to keep longer - stops me throwing out mouldy bread all the time!
