Default Braved a busy place

I don't really know if this belongs in the trophy room as it wasn't something I did by choice, but here goes anyway.....

Today I sat in my car as approximately 30,000 people walked towards and then past me.

I have BDD and really struggle with busy places/people looking at me, so this was pretty much my ultimate horror.

I did it and lived, probably only because there was no way I could run and hide, so it was kind of enforced exposure therapy. It was okay I guess, especially as I had people with me in the car. I shudder to think how it would have been if I'd been on my own though!

But I did it and would now happily do it again. In fact I may well do next week!

Merci.

At the front of a queue of traffic after the police decided to close the road off to let the fans come out of Ewood Park.
