Wanted: Sponser/buddy for drinking less and going on a health kick.
Im really struggling to self motivate with kicking my damaging habits. I wondered if anyone else is and might want to sort of buddy up? To help encourage eachother to make positive change. Its hard to do and easy to talk myself out of. I could use a buddy to daily/ish check in with and I could do the same in return.
If anyones interested please drop me a line.

I've almost totally cut booze out of my diet. Mainly for weight loss, but also because it damages the body in other ways. I could encourage you, if you like.
