So he***8217;s basically saying he got kicked out of two schools, I***8217;m sure there***8217;s people who have been kicked out of more.

^ I think he meant the Horsham area/district not just the town. Tho two's enough for me tbh. The only school that would take him was Steyning Grammer (least that's what he was saying).

Oh I'm sure there are. Doesn't detract from the fact he's a nasty piece of work tho. He's been done for GBH and god knows what else. My elderly neighbour has spoken to the police and he is well known to them.

from what you typed,. looks like he gets a four-star rating,..

I can only guess what he was saying,

I had a similar set of neighbours a few doors away,.
he had a BBQ with his mates, and every conversation (you could clearly hear) was about sex,. and quite uncensored too, all these guys drinking beer and talking about what they've done, what they'd like to do etc.
that, and kids playing about in the garden,..and his wife serving etc. ~ classy.

One bad thing about recipe books is that they've not been Norman Tebbity enough.

Until now.

Yeah like you say - classy . I do wonder how folk like that get through life so easily. Then there's us lot (sa'er's) who are generally fairly nice ppl who struggle and struggle.

It's funny the random crap you can stumble on by chance on the internet. BBC archives I found a memory contribution for the ship my grandfather was killed on, the HMS Lagan. The guy's story is touching, tho must haunt him. He swapped role's with someone by chance, he lived and the other boy died.

I obviously didn't know my grandfather but when I think of him, I hope he died instantly and didn't drown or freeze to death in the Atlantic.

Nope, I've saved enough to buy a property in Wales now, so going to take a year out to relax and work on creative things, then I'll see about finding a way to make a small income doing something I enjoy.

Lul 2 days of living by myself (mum is on holiday) and I've already been practically in tears on several occasions. Can't cope with this internal voice constantly telling me I'm shit and can't enjoy life, feel like I need to listen to headbanging music 24/7 just to drown it out.
I planned to move out in the next couple of years but living on me own for more than a month would probably kill me by the looks of things.
Looks like I'll be going back on meds, clearly I can't fix things myself.

Hope you don't mind me quoting. I'll let you in to a secret, when me and my partner first moved in together there were numerous incidents of crying from both of us and we were both 30 and reasonably independent people at the time. No one knows what they're doing straight away or feels like they can cope with everything by themselves all the time.

Maybe therapy would be helpful for you though to work through where that negative voice in your head is coming from and what you can do to help deal with your feelings.

^I don't mind, I imagine that's fairly normal but I can't rationalise anything, I would probably lose the plot.

I would consider therapy but only private, I cannot wait 12 months or whatever it is.

^ Yeah waiting lists for the NHS are terrible, although it does depend on where you live so you might get lucky. Some private places charge on a sliding scale so you'd pay less if you're on a lower income.

There's nothing wrong with medication either if it helps quieten down that loud voice in your head a bit.
