I thought I was but just been out and it's lifted. But I got some fatigue thing going on, think I need to upp my iron.

Physically?..... a bit achey and down, yes, with that cotton wool head feeling going on,

I was Christmas shopping today in a busy shopping centre and kept feeling like I was going to fall over from dizziness,
But, then,... I didn't want to be THAT guy,..
So, I cut my losses and hobbled back to the car park.

I've had a dicky ear for a month or so. When I sleep on that side I can't hear properly out of it for an hour or so after getting up.

I'm staying at my parents at the moment and it has come in handy though. My dad has a really really irritating habit of loudly singing and narrating whatever he plans to do in next moment, beginning at around 6.30 in the morning and continuing until about 9. So I've just been laying on my good ear to block it the f**k out.

I hadn't caught anything since before the pandemic, so figured I was in for mucho dickiness once my luck ran out. I woke up disoriented last night and threw up on the carpet, but weirdly I felt great immediately after, or as great as you can feel while cleaning up sick. I highly recommend it.

That sounds scary! Are you feeling fully better now?

Sometimes at night I start up a wonder train and think that I really ought to have something in my room to grab if I ever need to be emergency sick. Then I tell myself not to be so silly. But your post has legitimised these wonderings and I bet they'll come back!

News at the moment about everyone having this 'Supercold', just been around family and they've just had one. Just ate a load of ginger in hope of avoiding catching theirs. But it might be inevitable.. RIP affluenza.

I'm hearing a lot about the 'super cold' that is doing the rounds and I can't help thinking surely it's flu not a cold?

^ yes, that is worrying because complications from the flu can be life threatening.

Most children get vaccinated because they are super spreaders of the flu. I paid to have the flu jab this year.

I was put on antibiotics a few weeks back after having a swollen throat for over two weeks. Then this week I've had a bad sinus/swollen throat thing, which seems a whole lot better today! My throat is totally fine today and my face feels a little tight from the sinusitis.

Well i got a cold near the end of of November, abit of a snotty nose and a tickley cough, snotty nose went and only got rid of the cough this week well still got it but not as bad hopefully go soon!

Mostly better but still very much in dodgy ear club, with an earache on the left side.
How do I resign from this club? I'm not feeling the benefits.

^ the first rule of dodgy ear club is that you talk to everyone about your dodgy ear. The second rule of dodgy ear club is that you talk to everyone about your dodgy ear.

Being in dodgy ear club is rubbish, let's not glamourise it. We don't want people poking sausages in their ears just so they can be in it too.

Have you rang the doctor about it? The nurse can then take a look to see if your pain is caused by an infection or if it's inflamed sinuses. Sinuses can cause what appears to be ear ache and tooth ache.

It's best to get it looked at in case you need antibiotics.

Hope your ear is better soon because ear stuff is really irritating. Earritating.

I've got the cold, viral thing, congested, chesty cough, headache, feeling warm, the coughing is the most annoying part.
