I live in Bristol, and I'm joining (well, rejoining) after moving from Brighton several years ago. I've had anxiety from as early as I can remember, but have made great progress in recent years, after really struggling with it for many years. I also used to run an old SA support group in Brighton (between 2011-2013 I think). I've been attending the Bristol SA support group (http://socialanxietybristol.org.uk/) for a few years, and have recently taken the challenging step to become a facilitator.
