New hello everyone

Hi there, just wanted to say hello as I am brand squeaky new here.

I have suffered from social anxiety for as long as I can remember and have very nervously booked my first session with a therapist for CBT. I can't actually believe I have done this it seems a bit unreal!

I just hope I haven't made some huge mistake and am pretty much dreading it as you can imagine

My partner had a course of CBT on the NHS. She found it helped while she was going, but once the course ended she went back to feeling the same.
