I haven't used Deep Heat since I was a kid and used it on my groin (don't use it on your groin), but I think I'm at an age now where I can treat myself to a tube.

The main one being the manager at the college I was volunteering at. Why has that friend not messaged me to see if I was ok ... I guess when he next has trouble with his gf he will message ... Just feel like he doesn’t care or something... The longer the time he doesn’t message , the angrier I seem to be ... It doesn’t help not in a good place anyways.. He knows that ....

Called my solicitor to see how a move I'm making is coming along, and she is looking at signing everything up in early January

So mildly terrified but hoping the mental health support is good

Voluntary work in the morning for the Environmental volunteers from 10-12noon. Then walking to a work colleague's house to do some gardening, weather permitting. Just hope my physical anxiety symptoms don't make me feel too unwell and I can hide the visible signs as much as possible from others.

I've seen a deal for a holiday in Cornwall. Shouldn't be spending the money I suppose, but I haven't been on holiday for God Knows 10 + years and it's my 40th birthday in August (

) so fancied going away for it. (Least it gets me away from ppl asking me Ooo what you doing for the big 4 0

I'm still annoyingly hesitating (Even tho it's a good deal and may be snatched up as it's a little cottage). Still I'm like can I do this, how will I get there...

I flipping hate SA.
