Looks a bit sacrificey

I have been to work, cooked tea, been to my son's parents evening, watched some telly, nothing interesting or memorable. Although my son is doing OK at school, so that's always good

Popped into the shops on my way home. Found myself walking round the bakery section inhaling carbs.
I'm quite proud I bought nothing bad. Only a posh ish bar of hazelnut chocolate which is packed with more nuts than chocolate.

I can just see me going on a food bender at xmas

I was walking on avenue through the big city. I was walking, because I have legs. I know how to walk and that's why I walked. I was walking towards colored shop-windows and expensive limousines were passing by. Inside them women were flying by with burning eyes, cold hearts, golden hair.

Went out to feed the swans, geese and squirrels. I sliced apple in pieces to feed the squirrels. I thought squirrels eat apples! Well, first one started to eat it and then ran away with the slice. Second one ran away immediately after I threw her a piece. And the third one, I was throwing her lots of pieces one by one and she just sniffed all of those, but didn't eat.

Then I went on the cemetery and made a few photos.

I'm just back from my hike in Staffordshire; I didn't think nine miles would be long enough, but our walk leader included three challenging inclines - and we had a lady who not only walked very slowly, but kept stopping to take photographs, so (with a lunch break) it stretched out to 4 1/2 hours.

I've been lazy, greedy and inadvertently scared a mob of kittens. Also, I awoke in the middle of the night to the sound of hooves on the roof. I tiptoed out of my room. The glass of brandy and carrot I had left out were both gone. Everything smelt of cinnamon and the sound of sleigh bells filled the air. I crept into the front room and there was a man, all dressed in red, laughing from his belly and filling the stocking I'd left out with clove oranges.

WTF? Have you been on the sauce?

I gave birth to a little owl today via surrogate pinata - a son of a preacher man you might say. Tis a Christmas miracle!

Domesticity :/

Scrubbed out the bathroom and much of the kitchen. Cleared out a big cupboard and got rid of loads of junk. Hoovered everywhere, cleaned windowsills and skirting. Changed my bedding and have done 2 loads of washing. And am now making a lamb bolognese. It's got some funny bloody ingredients in it (lemon zest, grated nutmeg and so on) but I have to say so far so good.

sounds like a constructive day, I need one like that, there's a big tide of debris washed up everywhere in my house again. Don't know where it all comes from. Yesterday I looked out at the tip of the garden & there was a sledge and a top hat, I'm betting I'm the only person in the country that has a top hat they have to tidy up in their garden.

Spent 3 and half hours in the hairdressers.
Took an hour to put colour in, then let it set then he washed it then put something else in it then washed it again then dried it then straighten it .
I felt like a pleb he was trying to talk to me but I couldn't hear cos of the hairdryer noise.
Then he started to trim my hair , pretty sure I said I didn't want it cut.....then when I paid with my card i nearly knocked the card machine off the counter !
Was a bit embarrassed lol

Drove to Ebbor Gorge. Took dog with me. She really enjoyed it. Walked through woods and up too many steps up to top of gorge.
It was a bit muddy and I slipped and landed on my bum

There were one or two noisy kids there but when i got on top I had to view to myself .
By the end i was sweating ,it was quite a climb . Most go again in summer .

I spent the day painting my kitchen. I am hoping to sell my flat soon and am trying to get everything looking nice. Funny how it will be the nicest it's been in years just in time for me to leave.
