interestingly it doesn't speak much about paranoia but more about mental health in general.

there's a few bits I don't relate to. the main part "finished with my woman",which talks of the person just coming out of a relationship. although I do relate to the "couldn't help me with my mind" line, that's how I come away from pretty much all personal interactions.

and
"Can you help me occupy my brain?"
suggests boredom, I think we all get bored at times, although I don't find personally I suffer from it as a source of mental anguish. he does go on to mention "something to pacify" which I relate to, as my mind is in an agitated state very often.

the last part really nails it for me though;
