For what it's worth, Quietman, I can't imagine that anyone is going to take any notice of the unkind things that your dad has said about your lovely mum because even if any of those things were true, it still looks far far far worse on him. No one in their right mind, makes accusations about someone who is no longer here to talk up for their self and especially not to their son who is grieving. I hope your dad gets the help that he needs

I've just booked a "silent service" at the hairdressers. Part of me thinks requesting for them not to talk to you makes it more awkward than the chit chat haha.

I'm trying to force myself out to go to a new meeting near me for men who are feeling isolated or have depression and anxiety but my social anxiety is so bad I'm not sure I can sit around a table with strangers right now.

I didn't go. I really didn't feel ready. Things are really bad at the moment there is little improvement with my taper. I just manage to get through each day.

Went out for a walk today, the route me and my mom always took and I was in tears as I missed her so much, I bet they all thought jesus christ whats his problem.

My dad has now tracked down the man he thinks my mom had the affair with and I'm worried what he will do you can't reason with him at all

Now I'm about to receive a phone call off the doctor, in the car for privacy my dad said be careful what you tell them. Stress stress, stress

The doctor didn’t really help me he was on and off the phone I’m 3 minutes he didn’t want to listen and he didn’t care. My dad came to the car before the appointment and told me not to say anything he had also called me a liar over some past mistakes I made things I shouldn’t of said to someone that makes me feel even worse over what happened he’s going around telling everybody that I have a mental illness and I don’t I’m scared now about the mistakes because I feel like no one’s listening and I’m just trying to put it right but can’t because my dad doesn’t believe me. The doctor said we all make mistakes move on, he then says they are lying to you your going to prison it’s all too much I don’t no what to do anymore who to believe.

My dad because of what i said when I was 15 to 16, I just dont no what to do anymore he's making out that I'm ill and a liar but its not true

I am worried about prison though I no I should not of said them things but nobodies mentioned that before not even the doctor just that we all make mistakes learn and move on.

The problem is now what do I do, maybe hand myself in or believe the doctor.

^ Something you said at the age of 16 is not going to get you sent to prison, no. If you said the same thing to someone today the most that would happen is probably they would be able to get a restraining order against you so you couldn't contact them, but even then it would need to be pretty bad! So no need to worry about that.

Sorry to hear about your mom crafty elf, its hard to see our loved ones unwell, my mom had a MRI scan on her brain to access her memory it came back with calcification of the brain I hope your moms scan comes back okay, thinking of you all.
