Default Presentation advice

Hi, my CEO of my work, asked me to do a presentation to the Chairman of board. Can anyone give me any tips to get through this??

for me id use powerpoint and stick rigidly to the script

have a bottle of water handy and focus on something behind the audience such as a clock

try and speak slowly and give thinking time

if u have to do workshop activities then indicate the time allowed to complete the exercise as i found it hard to get order back after free talking

my main sticky bit is the questions session at the end, where i was not in control, but usually i was so glad to get thru the presentation i was on a high by then
