Default Date related anxiety

Hi, just been on my second date today. Things went well, as i have a new girlfriend One thing id like to control abit is my anxiety, as after my date it leaves me really tired. Do you get this?? and i presume after time this should reduce?? anything i can do to reduce this anxiety, as i have a neck problems and the anxiety tends to amplify this??

Hiya incog
From experience it will subside once you start to relax with the person. You may not think this will never happen but believe me it will. It isn't abnormal after 2 dates Why not suggest the next date to be something that you're comfortable with, she doesn't have to know. Even if it just hanging out watching a film

I guess its cos you got your adrenalin going and when its over your body goes 'phew!' and you then relax and start to feel knackered.

I get that quite alot.
