Default Speaking in a monotone

In the past couple of years my voice has become increasingly monotonal. It's reached the point where I have no dynamic range whatsoever. I just phoned my doctor's practise and actually listened to how I was speaking. It was awful, just the same dull drone. I don't think my voice is what's commonly known as monotonal, i.e a bit dull, mines literally is a monotone.

Thing is, I was actually making an effort to speak with more dynamic range/expression/whatever the technical term is. I just couldn't for some reason. I wonder if it's a symptom of SA or if it's something else. I have a very deep voice, which I guess doesn't help.

Examples:

Mines is far worse than that, too
