Really tired and a bit achy. Did a bit of the outdoor gym in the park yesterday with my recovery worker, woke up the s'morn with achy shoulders and armpits?
Then volunteering today, we were well short so I had to do the barn on my own, then my usual bit and then one of (the muckiest) pig enclosures. Didn't leave till after 1oclock. Think I need to soak in some salts.

im not sure just learnt my mother has been diagnosed with bipolar & i dont know how to react. its good we know now & she can get the right support & help. i duno what i should say when i see her

(i hope this isnt offending anyone who has been diagnosed or knows someone who has)

I’m sorry to hear your mother has just been diagnosed with bipolar disorder although I guess that probably explains any recent erratic behaviour she may have displayed.

Now that she has been diagnosed, hopefully she will begin to receive proper treatment whereby her moods can be stabilised with treatment, medication and support.

I’m sure your mum will benefit greatly from your love and support AireleeBray, but it’s very important that you also remember to take plenty of care of yourself and try not to take on too many of your mum’s issues onto your own shoulders. Afterall, you have yourself and your little ones to look after and stay strong for

Frustrated.
Was meant to be doing something for the day with the bf as we won't get to see much of each other this week but he decided to go out and get shit faced last night and now has his head in a sick bucket.
It's like having a child at times and I'm not sure how many more times I want to deal with this crap

right on the borderline between having a normal day where you jut happen to feel shit, and ill, i can't tell which. spent most of the day telling myself its nothing and trying to shrug it off but i feel really disorientated and dizzy...but i had years where i felt that way the whole time and it was just from being mental

ugh

i actually feel like going for a lie down which is totally not me. normally once i'm awake i can't stop or relax.

I remember after my Dad died of Cancer I felt strangely calm afterwards. As devastated as I was about losing him I guess I also felt a big sense of relief that he was no longer suffering with this goddam awful disease. I also remember going into kind of auto pilot mode leading up to the funeral as there was a lot to sort out.
