Watching an iRacing livestream over on Twitch.
I stumbled across this particular person's channel last week (he does a lot of racing simulation games) and I must admit, it's been pretty addictive to me. |

On the train back from London. I was hoping the tunnels would unpop my perma-popped ears. Sadly not. Also I've only had one small cup of tea. Like cup and saucer small. A gulp of tea, if you will. Need more tea. |

^ Try taking the lift to the top floor of a tall building. It might help. Maybe.
I'm now worried as I had started taking naps in the day, and then I read an article about how that's a bad sign for the state of your brain ... oh dear, well at least it would explain some things. |
|
|||
Re: What are you doing right now? (6)
^ No lie, but I've started to take naps in the day also. It's a rare thing as I generally don't have time to do that with work and kids, etc, but on the rare occasion where I've got the house to myself, I will have a bloody nap, no doubt about it. And it'll always be after I've eaten lunch. I remember hearing that naps are a good thing for longevity. It's a new thing that's entered my life and I kind of look forward to them. I don't let the streets know about it though. My dad is the reigning king of afternoon naps, so a part of me is like, "sh*t, with the naps along with the relentless hair growth on my ears, I'm turning into my dad". But fk it.

^^ *adds to the 'I'll try anything at this point' list*
naps. They sound satisfying. I've never tried to nap before but I would find it difficult to sleep in the day light. |

About to head over to my mum's. She thinks i'm coming straight from work. Not sure how long i'm gonna keep it secret. If she knows then everyone knows and then i'll be taking phone calls from both Mum and Dad, on the daily, stressing about my job search, etc.

Re: What are you doing right now? (6)
Pondering the latest option i've just been offered of taking on a former area of mine i used to deliver to. The courier who only recently took it on has realised she's bitten off more than she can chew.
Ugh, i need to get away from this bs but 'it's work' and it's something i know. |

Re: What are you doing right now? (6)
^ that is good that you have a possible back up plan whilst you're looking for something that you'll find a bite more enjoyable. Puts you in a bit of a better position.

Standing in the growing cold waiting for a bus *sigh* surrounded by fri eve teen yobs
Got another 30 mins to go. Bloody 5.55 bus in Chichester didn't turn up meaning I missed my connecting 17.50 bus home. 7pm is the next one. I truly hate public transport round my way. |

Watching a few videos on going to college
https://youtu.be/_p58nZkQRlk I don’t really feel my job makes me happy and would like to be out of it. Also since deciding to meet a distant relative for the first time away from my mum. I also feel uni is a good way to gain independence from my mum, my mum has issues but they are her own issues. I feel I have to accept uni would be hard and challenging, even though I’m probably gonna go at 28 years old but then it’s better than being stuck in a job where I feel like most of my small team, not so, don’t like me. A job I feel literally takes over my life, although it’s subtle, with so much mandatory overtime and stuff. Uni may do the same but it will be better as I would be studying something I chose and there just feels like there is more choice in stuff. |
