Nervous. First full week doing new job starting tomorrow, and the one day I did the work last week I cocked at least one thing up. Why can't I just instantly know how to do it without having to talk to anyone or ask any questions or make any mistakes?

The usual the last few days. Just got thru first anniversary of dads birthday yest wasn't pleasant at all tho I did go out to the thing I was speaking about for the whole day. Extremely tired and tearful still...wonder if this weeks blood test will show up anything. ..my mother is putting up barriers still also. I almost want to give up.

The only person that I feel like could feel for me is God. People my age think my depression is funny even relatives. It hurts but its true.

I dont know what could realistically make me feel better. Maybe if I was a billionaire. :D

^ hugs =)

I don't hate myself, never have , I just get fed up of not being able to communicate well.
And afraid of people's reactions.
Last night my bf left the kitchen in bit of a mess after dinner and it really annoyed me ( plus think I have bit of pmt) yet I'm too afraid of mentioning it to him as I just don't like any confrontation with anyone.
I know he wouldn't get narky with me , he's too laid back but still my brain thinks don't make a fuss, it'll just end in tears. Wish I could just not be afraid of confronting people. We did talk about all this in the end so I feel bit better

Sad. A lot of times I see in news feed where somebody has killed someone. Then I start reading about it and think about how those people usually spend the rest of their life in jail, or get the death penalty.

I think that is what makes me different from them, I have sympathy for them, and they didn't for the person they killed just a disrespect of life. But I also believe if they could go back they wouldn't do it over again.

I need to stop reading the news.

Just got a call back about my interview for a job I rather was hoping to get, after doing their tests and everything I thought I had a fair chance of getting a job. Apparently, they said I came across as too shy and felt I wouldn't fit in with "stronger" members of the team, not sure if that is code for bullies? I asked lots of questions and made a lot of eye contact but I didn't always hold it for long enough I guess. Don't think I came across as nervous but he reckons i might of, ah well this is just more reason to try harder to overcome my shyness.

Feeling a bit better today, though keep having anxiety attacks when I'm falling asleep, my body just needs to chill. I dread to think how much adrenaline and stress hormones I have floating around!

Thanks, would you find it even stranger if I told you it was a job refuelling aircraft? You have some interaction with captains but not much else so if I had the desired skills of a category C licence and they realised I was safety conscious with prior airport experience I also feel it's not really a reason to say no but i'm not fussed, definitely of the mindset it's their loss .

I'm sorry to hear this, it sounds like if you was interviewed by somebody who was less judgemental you may have stood a chance of getting the job.

Yes, definitely their loss.
Just think of it as a practice interview

Annoyed. Someone left their dog tied up to a lamppost outside tescos and I didn't see it as I approached as a sign was in the way, anyway thing went berserk and lunges at me multiple times, if it wasn't for the muzzle it would have easily latched onto my arm ! It wasn't a small dog either. One of those alligator head dogs. Ffs. I don't blame the dog, though it did look a bit of an asshole tbh, but if you're dogs like that don't ****ing leave it tethered where people have to pass !! Dickhead.

Really sore. Started back going to gym last friday. I worked out 5 days a week from 2014-2016. 2013 too but I didn't know what I was doing so it wasn't that intense. It started in Dec 2016 I started running miles every day, and passed out in public one time.

I lost a lot of weight, depressed, not eating and I was feeling light headed all the time. Any time I got up from my room I would usually keep banging into the hallways. I've researched and I know all that running burns muscle too.

But ive been motivated recently and its good to be back and try to make up for the lost year!
