^^^ Biscuits, I've been up and down lately, my IBS has been playing up and sends my anxiety levels sky rocketing.

I'm not to bad at the moment. Thanks for asking.

Today I learned that a Five Guys milkshake costs £5.25!
And they don't even have stale warm cat urine flavour.
What a rip-off!

That 'broiling' is an old English term for what we basically now refer to as grilling (thanks for the heads-up, Dickens), and not a term Americans irritatingly made up as I'd previously assumed. And they use the it to refer specifically to heating from above, reserving 'grilling' for heating from below.

That there is a website dedicated to hardcore porn of characters from video games whose models are ripped from PC ports and using various 3D modelling software creating hard-core sex scenes.

That people are creating them is not much of a surprise but the near photo realistic aspect of some of the newer games like Witcher 3.

So You might see a photo realistic gay sex video of Norman Reedus from Kojima's new game Death Stranding when it is released and Gerald from The Witcher 3. LOL!

That there was almost a film with my real life name in it as the title that is named after the main character in the film. Changed it for it's release though.

not sure what D1662 was referring to, but I know you can get little stone or granite spheres that you keep in the freezer and use instead of ice cubes,. in whisky, for example,

the idea is that your drink doesn't get watered down at any point, but still keeps cold because of the little stone spheres,... which you'd wash later and put back in the freezer.

The ones I have seen were in B&M, they're basically little plastic capsules full of water that you can freeze and put in your drink.
I'm of the same opinion as Mutedsoul that they don't seem very hygienic and also what happens if they break in your drink? Is the liquid inside safe?
I've not seen the granite ones, they sound more like something I would use.

But for now I'm happy with the old fashioned variety.

^ As Faecal bacteria was found to exist in the ice cubes used at some leading pub chains in the UK, I'm not sure the 'old fashioned' variety is any more hygienic

The fact that thought has created the thinker,
That the ego-self, our identity, is apparently derived from a cluster of thoughts in the mind,
From this, a "thinker" is imagined or invented, or supposed,
and this ego identity isn't a real or permanent thing, just an imagined supposition,
This trail of thoughts and memories has projected an "experiencer" as the centre,
The more I observe this, and look at this, the closer I feel I am to madness.

That the UK ranks 21st on the Inclusive Development Index, which takes into account measures of income and wealth inequality, poverty, economic and environmental sustainability, life expectancy as well as GDP. 21st out of 29 advanced economies. Go UK.

Also that eye drops for dry and irritated eyes would probably make a nice salad dressing in a pinch.

That 'bric-a-brac' means "miscellaneous objects and ornaments of little value".

I always thought it was a toddlers version of lego, hence why i couldn't understand why charities didn't want it

Glad i weren't the only one. I know there's a toddler version of Lego, which i think is called Duplo.. ? But i swear there's something similar in name to bric-a-brac that is also a building blocks thing.
