I hardly ever remember dreams. The only dreams I've remembered in years are the school ones, and I'm usually looking for something I can't find or trying to do something I can't do.

I dreamt that I was in eastenders as a cleaner, and it was a odd dream lol

I never usually dream but since being on meds I keep getting paranoid, anxiety or weird dreams. And I also dream about my ex/ his daughter which is strange cos I never think about my ex but I do miss his daughter. I was in her life for 6 years tho... I don’t know I just remember how odd it was can’t even explain what happened cos it was too weird!(eastenders dream)

Yeah she was in my dream again last night. I dreamt that we were in I’m a celeb get me out of here. My friend was her mum and she won a task she had to dodge snakes, a few of my old friends were in my dream last night. My dreams are so random!

A few days ago:

I was dreaming of doing some blue collar or typical non specialised job. Iyanla offered to Fix my life, I’ve been watching her show. It felt scary.

I had a odd dream today , I was at a kids party and they took my shoes and my phone.. their dad said this is the worst party ever so I left , and then I ended up at a police station and had no money cos I was lost lol, then people took the piss out of me cos of a coat I was wearing. I woke up with sweats again

Very weird dream last night.

Went "clubbing" with some old "friends" and it was very odd.

Glad to wake up and realize none of it was real.

Another weird dream. Dreamt that I was in prison , then there was a fire and people died in it but I was safe and a few others were fine. My dreams are odd.

I've just remembered the poor quality of sleep i had last night - several disturbances/nightmares and one occasion bordering sleep paralysis where i 'felt something' around my head/upper body. No surprises this has come during a time where i've been drinking a little excessively.

Yeah it's awful, but i don't think i've experienced it to the full extent because i'm pretty good at recognising when things are looking nightmarish and, most of the time, wake myself up. The annoying thing is coming to wakefulness, telling myself it's just bs sleep paralysis, forcing some reality (tv or radio) but then dozing off and going straight back into a nightmare. This happened on several occasions last night.

What happened with you last time? Was it drink induced?

Yeah, that's totally understandable, and goes to reason why i may be experiencing it again now. I won't bother going into it now but it does make sense for me personally. It is quite fortunate that i sense the worst and wake out of it, it gives me a confidence to not fret about falling asleep, i'm fairly certain i won't suffer much. I can certainly see how some may suffer sleepness nights because of it.

^^ my friend told me about the sleep paralysis she had.sounds absolutely terrifying. She said that it would feel like someone was sitting on her chest. And whilst feeling trapped she'd get the feeling that someone was coming closer to her.

Pretty damn freaky.

I dreamed about cheating on keto with KFC chips in a spur of the moment. I felt regret as to eating the chips. Luckily was a dream.
It also seemed like I was in a High School.

Only part of the dream but there was no peanut butter in the supermarket. Idk why but I think there were shipping restrictions and it was announced that we were going on lockdown again.

I had a weird one about Victoria Wood . I forgotten a lot of it but I seemed to be in a room with other people infront of a PC and discussing how I never knew V. wood had done this weird and hilarious film about her nose, and I started playing it on the PC. And she was doing some kind of comedy sketch whilst one side of her nose slowly started disintegrating, it was quite full on and gross, and she was pulling at it to make the hole/disintegration bigger. I can't remember what happened after that, or what she was saying but just at the end of the dream someone going on about that explains why she had a nose job years ago.

God only knows what put any of that in my brain. I haven't watched Victoria Wood in years and years.

So far a somewhat unpleasant but stimulating dream.

There was a station, idk why it was associated with visiting my granny, a terminus for Jubilee Lines. One day me and my mum were at the station. I think my sister was as well. As me and my mum were walking a way from the station we hear a loud hydraulic noise like the train has ran the barrier, except it hasn’t, someone is under the train. My mum worries it’s my sister, I really doubt it is. Then I saw a glimpse of people trying to rescue the person, they had tracksuit trousers on so I assume it’s not my sister. The person flings up in the air then back down as if the train wheel successfully mutilated and killed them despite the efforts to save them.

Although I doubted it was my sister I was thinking of providing explanations to my cousins in Nigeria or what they would make of never visiting my sister.

As we are walking my mum starred a bit at a young woman. This young woman then creeps behind her and tries strangling her and I explain how my mum didn’t mean it and has schizophrenia. Later her boyfriend comes out and tries to start a fight with me. It feels scary but we don’t fight. I think I even woke up to avoid the fight.

Before in the dream there is a family. I think the mum looks for advice from me on how to lose weight and I emphasise diet.

I honestly don't think I'm capable of having nice dreams
I cant remember the last dream I had but they usually resemble an episode of Hammer House of Horror's (showing my age here). It's a dark place to be inside my head

Had another night terror!

I was lying down and gazing up at this navy and white stripy ceiling. It was made of materials, it felt like what I imagine it's like to be in a yurt.

All of a sudden the ceiling was going to collapse...so I actually jolted out of bed and ran to bathroom. I woke up properly on the toilet feeling all light headed and like I was going to faint.

Ceiling falling down dreams always seem to make me actually run out of bed and end up waking up in the bathroom.

Now I'm scared to get out of bed in case I faint!
