Default What's your favourite word?

I think mine is "panther". I like the way it sounds and rolls off the tongue.

Favourite word of the day is Phlebotomist - I saw it in a GP Surgery when I was with someone earlier

I often use the word 'doomed' a lot in conversation. Some people seem to like this, especially when it has a slightly dramatic and overacting feel to it.

Can we put sort-of invented words/sayings too, as I have loads of them that I use often?

I also need to find the weird s**t you do thread and add my latest odd behaviours to it

Archipelago.
Not just the sound of the word but the image it conjures up.

Can't think of a favourite but I like the word scrumptious, this thread shows there's a lot of good words ending in 'tious. Oh and Boswellox, Karl Pilkington taught me that one

One of my faves is "twat". It sounds so inoffensive but does the job - especially if you really pronounce the final "t".
