Today we are all Norwegian
The women’s group of Southampton and Romsey Labour Party will be holding a vigil for the victims of the Norwegian tragedy at the peace fountain in Andrews (East) Park at 12 noon on Friday 29th July. Please come, and invite your friends, neighbours and community groups to attend.
You can also sign a book of condolences to the Norwegian people at Hope not Hate http://action.hopenothate.org.uk/tod...-all-norwegian This will be presented to the Norwegian Embassy in London and to the youth section of the Norwegian Labour Party. |

Have to say I've been incredibly impressed by the way the Norwegians have conducted themselves since last Friday. I particularly liked Jens Stoltenberg's pledge to respond with a stronger democracy rather than knee-jerk reactions, very stoic and classy. The survivors themselves have also come across as remarkably articulate and calm given the horror of what they went through.
