Default "Might" be moving out of parent's home

It is a big "might" depending on whether I can get a mortgage but I have made the first step of looking around flats in my town for me to possibly live on my own by the end of the year!

Even discussing it and getting to the stage of getting property details and looking around is the furthest I've got towards proper adulthood in the last 10 years.

Good for you! It's a really positive thing to do!

I remember when I moved out I was kind of spooked by it, but after a few months I knew I'd done the right thing and it's lovely having your own space and being more independent.
(I even forgot to go back visiting for the first 6 months)

Hope it works out great for you!
