i still feel anxious about telling ppl about it . What the hell ...its been on the net for a while now ..there's no going back.

Alcapone - yeah it was really hard at the time but i was determined to to do this. looking back o it i think i would proabab;y still find it really hard becasue it is talking about stuff that I would never talk with anyone and revealing your greatest fears and anxieties in a way. But i ma glad I did it ..i'm sure it will help ppl ..in a small way.

Nuff- thanks...Glad new ppl are are still able to view it and i see it as a milestone on my own journey to a better life. hope other ppl can do similar things if they get the opportunity.
