^ It's not impossible, you could if you made some difficult decisions. (It often happens when people are in a relationship that isn't working, it takes one or other of them to meet someone new to make that final decision to end things. (Not that I'm talking about cheating or anything, just having feelings towards someone else.)

I'm suppose to be going to goodwood festival of speed tomorrow, it will be fun.

However I literally want to curl up and die, I really can't handle life at the moment and "checking out" early isnt an option either. I don't even know why I come on here, its not like it can be fixed, no amount of drugs or alcohol will do it. It will only get worse until my thoughts are a reality

Well I'm trying to hold myself together and go

We spent 6hrs getting down south for it.

I'm 32 years old and I feel about as emotionally stable as someone going through puberty

And it's too embarrassing to talk to anyone about it. I've been pacing up and down in my hotel room since god knows when trying to distract my thoughts coz i ran out of data and can't do my usual youtube distractions.

I don't think drugs can help, I don't know if therapy would help.. I do know I can't continue living like this. I don't know what to do

^I do hope you manage to attend but I do understand that it's difficult at times to push yourself to do things that terrify you. That irritating voice if your head (what if this happens), I often find that once you get there the anxiety isn't as bad and you just enjoy your day out, good luck.

Rotten. I decided to come home early. I'll probably regret it but so be it. I can't be happy anywhere.

I've spent a few weeks worrying about my parents getting old/ill/whatever since they are well on their way to their 70's and not in great health

But no Real reason apart from my dads lifestyle choices.

Until today when we had to get an ambulance round for him. I swear life is just ****ing trolling me. Hes ok (I think) , apart from his blood pressure, maybe this scare has give him a wake up call..but all its done is confirm my bloody fears can't say im looking forward to these blood test results they are rushing through either.

I Really don't know if I can keep up a full time job, I already had to do a lot here with my mum being disabled but now my dad needs to rest, and the voice in the back of my head just keeps reminding me..its only going to get worse
