well my plans for christmas are to try and have a 'relaxed' christmas day (as if)
see and say good bye to my brother and sister, get the money for my house,
and in the new year move to mallorca.

I have no plans for Christmas. I plan to spend the four days I have off hiding behind my sofa holding up a white flag until its over. :gunfire_t Failing that, I'll probably be on the Internet and watching TV as usual... oh, the excitement of my life!

Depends on what i'm working. Hopefully Festive Eve dinner with the Mother and her other half and probably my brother. Then the Big Day at my bro's with my Dad.

New year = alone.

I should be spending Christmas and Boxing day at home with dad having a relaxing long weekend. After that Im down for working the rest of the week and then travel to the Isle of Wight to spend New Year with mum. No major parties planned just me spending time with the family.

I'd like to go hide in a wood.Do you think people would think I was strange if I took my christmas dinner and shared it with the squirrels?

Off to the Maldives with my beautiful girlfriend to lie on white sand, swim in crystal clear warm seas surrounded by bright tropical fish and blue sky. At night I'll get drunk on exotic drinks (served in half a coconut with a little umbrella ) after gorging on Lobster at fine restaurants. In the mornings, after making love all night, I'll go for a jog along the beach beneath palm trees as the sun rises and then lie dozing in my straw hat for the rest of the day.

Failing that, I'll stay at home with my parents, eat dry, revolting turkey drenched in thick, lukewarm, lumpy gravy (my mum, god bless her, is the worst cook in the entire world), open presents I don't want or need and try to look pleased, then get slowly drunk and watch crap on the T.V. before going to bed wondering where my life went.

Providing my parents remain together:

22nd December up to my folks until 28th December. Christmas day will be just the four of us (ma, pa, me and chimpy) with boxing day being a family free for all (ma, pa, me, chimpy, brother 1, sis-in-law, brother 2, gf of brother 2, nan, uncle, aunt, other nan)

28th December up to chimpy's folks in Yorkshire until 3rd January, with new year at chimpy's cousins.

looking forward to getting home on the 4th!

If my ex doesn't go to his mum's in Devon, out of pity for me, I shall mostly be hanging out with him.
We both have 2 weeks off work (woo hoo ) so will be hopefully doing stuff like going to the cinema & restaurants & getting pissed and so on. I shall have to push myself to do stuff & not be such a scaredy-cat. Probably xmas lunch at his place.
Also my parents are threatening to come over (what joy!) which they don't usually do at xmas, but if so, will have to do my daughterly duty & go out with them I expect. At least will get some lovely money and goodies brought over and if Dad feeling generous lots of lovely presents & shopping.

well i am indeed being held captive at my brothers on christmas day, as i said 'yes' the other day in a moment of madness
should be interesting, we'll probly be able to cut the air with a knife!
but my sister isn't coming tho
her other half in an utter ar*ehole
so by the time i get home, my nerves will be in tatters, i'll be sweating no doubt like a pig, and stressed beyond words

:/

Plan yourself a long, universe-destroying holiday as a reward perhaps?

I wish I was working, but can't because there is no public transport. It has got to be better than spending Christmas alone.

Same as usual! Turn down every offer to go christmas shopping with my family. After loosing about half a stone leading up to christmas. Get up christmas morning, force myself downstairs for no longer than an hour to open my and watch my nieces and nephews open there presents. Then it's back to my room again, until i go back to work! Oh yeah, and there's nothing better than the sweet sound of fun and enjoyment passing your window every ten minutes...i love christmas!
