Got my tribunal date . 12th Of March, which at least gives me a little bit of time to prepare. Got a phone call from someone from MIND advocacy, apparently my advocate seems to have left so I've got some women I don't know now. :/

I know, it's taken just over 9 months to get an appeal date. My actual assessment was last Feb!
I hope so. I've got a 1:1 with a MIND recovery worker on Monday so I'll raise the issue with her.

I hope it all goes ok. The advocates from charities tend to be very good and knowledgeable so hopefully the new woman you have will be nice too

The psychic channel on freeview says "no listings available" on the electronic program guide. I guess you're already supposed to know what they are showing?

Why does my left sock keep falling down? If I swapped my socks around, would my right or left fall down?

My 1st thought the s'morning was : Snow!

My second thought: Shit. Too drive in it or not drive in it
I have an automatic which means less control and I've never driven in snow before really.

I love driving in snow and I drive an automatic. Just squeal and grab the handbrake if needed

Speaking of automatics, I've been considering a gen 8 Honda Civic 1.8 and the i-shift version looks quite fun, anyone got or driven one? They're automated manual rather than torque converter or dual clutch.

That if I'd won the lottery this week, it might have relieved a lot of the pressure I'm feeling at them moment.

I wonder if meditation is overrated? I feel really bored doing it. For some reason it kind of makes me feel even more lonely.

I feel really unmotivated and rubbish today, I was hoping to go for a nice walk in the snow but I just can't be bothered.
I hate feeling like this.

^ Aww.

'Apologies for the delay of this service. An earlier train hit a tree just outside of Basingstoke. We'll be leaving momentarily. Once again, apologies for the delay of this service.'

Umm... care to reassure us that no one was hurt, the tree has been removed and there's little chance of further unscheduled tree-on-train liaisons, perchance?

....

'Apologies again for the delay. We've just been informed that two more trees have fallen on the line just outside Basingstoke, so we will be remaining here until they are cleared.'

'Ladies and gentleman, just to inform you that the power may need to be switched off while the trees are removed, so don't be alarmed if the lights go out.'

...

I only like snow if it stops me going to work

Either no snow or 12" of the stuff

anything inbetween is just an annoyance, already dreading getting to work on monday morning at 3mph, we currently have an inch or so..its trying its hardest but its rare we get much more.

I also like that the gritters come round my street breaking the speed limit..theres probably a teaspoon of salt on the entire road, why even bother

I don't know if it's related to the cold weather or just getting old but I have developed toe hair and I'm not keen on having hairy toes.

That reminds me of.....I'm going to say 2011ish, the only time I'm aware of it properly properly snowing. I remember me and my dad outside shoveling about a foot of snow off our and the neighbours drive then rocking the neighbours car back and forth to try and get it onto the road (our drive has a bit of a weird angled slope, just enough to have sod all grip in the ice) then once his was on the road we all came back and did the same with my dads car (thank god I didn't drive then!) The whole thing must have taken a solid hour at least, on reflection I do wonder why we bothered because I think most places got closed

In a weird sort of way I quite miss that, the dog would love it..hes easily amused at the inch we have already!
