Re: Vaccine done
I'm no good with injections so expect as usual I'll have to take some air in the park next to my doctor's surgery until I stop feeling sick. I'm low priority so probably won't get the call for some time yet.

Re: Vaccine done
^ I hate having blood taken because it does hurt and I have to look away as it makes me squeamish but the vaccine was fine (just the very mildest of pinpricks) and over in less than a second. I was surprised at how quick and painless it all was.
You'll be okay Captain Nemo Quote:
I wasn't expecting to be able to have the vaccine until the end of April at the earliest but as I'm now caring for an elderly relative with cancer I was able to have the jab on Saturday. The day after I felt like I was coming down with something but apart from a lingering headache I'm now okay. |

Re: Vaccine done
I got mine done 3 weeks ago as I'm moderate risk and work are being offered surplus vaccine when it's available, so I'm just waiting for my second one.

Re: Vaccine done
^^ ^ Luckily I'm quite good when it comes to needles being used.I've been on a depot injection since about May 2009. Started off with one every fortnight, then monthly and now 3-monthly. It's done in the gluteal muscle.
