Hi - I've noticed something strange.

I'm not sure if this is the same for others or if it's been noticed already? The website security on the address bar for sauk seems to be different in different threads. A few threads in The Basement say they're not a secure connection (e.g. big things that annoy you, confrontation, faith in humanity, news). Some of the other says secure (unpopular opinions). The random pictures one says not secure. The feelings thread says not secure. But a few other threads (thinking thread) are secure.

By using the Firefox web developer tools, I can see that there is one image which is loaded unencrypted from another site (via an http link). Though this is redirected to an encrypted image load over https.
This image happens to be the GIF in someone's signature (won't say whose, don't want to worry them)
in short, it's nothing to really worry about!

Arh, that makes perfect sense! I was getting confused about why some threads were secure and some weren't, and different pages were secure/not secure on the
same thread.

^ That's a crappy thing to do, SA or not, as the original poster isn't made aware or able to respond. I don't use Twitter and have no interest in it but would hate for my random posts to appear there, or anywhere outside this forum.
