Sober, for the first night in a month or so. I started out with a 'no drinking on a school night' rule but that fell by the wayside soon after starting work again due to the stress. After getting plastered on Sunday I realised it's time to try and cut it out at least on work nights again. At least writing it here means I'll have to acknowledge it rather than conveniently forget it in a day or two. Apologies for whatever drivel I wrote on Sunday night.

This motherfu*king Hypogonadism is messing me up big style. I need to get through this. The booze is no longer going in my mouth because It's messing me up.

Drinking from 11: am till sleep time isn't doing me any favours at all.

Woke up with banging headache. This joint has sorted my head out. Laying off the booze, I got to. I got stay off that shit it's totally frying my brain. I've heard that chronic alcohol consumption kills your brain cell. When I had an MRI they said the size of my brain was smaller than usual for someone my age, and that I had scarring on the left hand side.

I know where the scarring is from. It's from when those thugs repeatedly booted me in the head until I passed out and the ambulance came to take me away. I was unconcious for hours. My face was really messed up. It didn't scar though. The top of my skull where they kicked me is scarred.

I'm good. Fell asleep bout 6:15am, woke up 7:45. Morgan felt ill, so I fell asleep again, woke up again at bout 9:50am...Mog felt better so she was in school by 10:30am!

Tho slightly worried now as my soon to be 15yr old is watching Balamory....Strange child!!

Takes after her mum!

Ye, booze is hard on the endocrine system as well so might be bad for your glandular problem too. Hope you're back on the road to health soon mate.

me and mate having to sort out all the computers for next week when the place reopens..people who dont understand computers getting tetchy! with us because they think we are just sat around scratching our nuts and dont understand we still have plenty to do even though theres only 1 working day left of the week

so to ease off after the wanky day and pissy staff went to an arcade thing with some lass from work..both of us lost £25 in like 10 minutes..so we walked out in a mood

..im actually in a bad mood because i lost £25 gambling

god dammit £25 is nothing..i blew way more when i was a student..i apparently didnt care when it wasnt my money

It's ok, stuff like that happens to me all the time... at the weekend I got superglue all down my hand... from my nail nearly to my wrist. I can say I've never cut myself on cereal though lol :P
