^ Last year I had issues with my bank card and had to leave my shopping at the till, I went to the cash machine and I could get money out so I went back and paid for my shopping.

Saw the new girl drinking a cup of my coffee, probably with my milk out of the cup of the girl that's on holiday. I then saw the woman doing stock take had rearranged my phones which I keep in chronological order, into colour/capacity order, meaning I no longer know which phones to send first to stay within the return period of our supplier. I then saw a guy from the shop close my browser while messing up trying to print a PDF meaning I lost my confirmation boxes for confirming tracking for my orders.

I didn't punch any of them

^incredible self restraint there, Shmose, well done xx

I enjoyed my job today. Now that's unusual. To be fair I'm sure it's because I didn't overhear people calling me horrible names, which they probably were somewhere & I just didn't hear them, but that aside, I did enjoy being at work. And I enjoyed going for a walk with my children, we laughed a lot & I wasn't wrapped up in my own worries.

and I did all the stuff for the day in the right order, that has to count as an achievement? I don't have huge expectations for myself

I said good morning to my collegues evey day(before they spoke to me) and even more incredible I actually said goodnight when I left.

Despite the fact I’ve known them for over a year constantly have non work related coversations (and am considered a bit of an extrovert by them)I still find it so god damed hard to say good morning and even worse good night(my anxiety reaches sky high levels just thinking about it)

oh boy am I so ****** up

So yes I’m proud of this.

I tried out speed dating today! I was crapping myself in the days before, but in the end, there really was nothing to worry about. I might post a new thread in the SA and Relationships subforum, giving a detailed review.

I'm hoping I at least get some mutual friendships A couple of the girls I met took me by surprise.

I have the same thing! I've never given it much thought, but 'hellos' and 'goodbye's' are awful for me. the more people around the worse it is. It was terrible in my last job because there was no getting in & out without some rigmarole because of how secure the place was. My current place isn't as bad because there's a door code so if I go early enough I can let myself in without having to have a conversation about it

I was one of three people in my class who passed their assessments. I've no idea how I pulled it off.

Well a couple of my friends randomly decided to drop by my house yesterday and surprise me and we actually had a good time playing video games, although i wanted to explode from the discomfort or having them surprise me.
So i handled it ok.

I went out today and did some shopping in the city. Agoraphobia has been giving me a bit of a kicking recently so I’ve not felt able to go outside in ages.
