Thank you Lady, Poems and Betty.

I'm a big nerd when it comes to this sort of thing so it's been really fun to do and has kept me occupied. It's also nice to know it's of use to others.

If there is anything that you feel needs changing or would like to see added please let me know,

Thanks,

SF

Thank you very much, I'm quite disappointed there's so few on audio book and i don't enjoy reading but keen to get through as many as I can
I really think this kind of stuff is the way to overcome SA disorders.

Here's some potentially useful categories on amazon, sometimes keywords overlook some good material.
Bestsellers in Clinical Psychology & Psychotherapy
Bestsellers in Clinical Psychology
Bestsellers in Depression
Self Help › Practical & Motivational
Self Help › Stress Management

Audio
Audiobooks › Scientific, Technical & Medical
Audiobooks › Society, Politics & Philosophy › Psychology Textbooks
Audiobooks › Society, Politics & Philosophy › Social Sciences › Communication Studies
Social Sciences › Social Issues

Happy learning.

I started reading a book called Freeing Yourself from Anxiety and so far its been really helpful. Its all about being realistic, seeing negative thoughts for what they really are and changing them before they cause you to feel anxious.

Can I recommend Managing Anxiety with CBT for Dummies?

I got this book out of my local library and while I'm not a fan of any book that calls its readers "dummies" I found it to be very user-friendly and easy to work through. (Does that make me a dummy? )

I would like to add a book, Hardwiring Happiness by Dr Rick Hanson. It is a very clear guide to the neuroscience behind negative and positive thoughts and simple tools for increasing the positive and being more graceful with the negative.
