Diarrhea is a good way to lose weight. I follow this program.

I had a long hard walk at cheddar gorge today. But god there was a lot of people on the trail today. Made it very uncomfortable. As if the walk itself wasn't hard enough. People should seriously have more consideration. They should have totally just stayed home so I could've had the whole of cheddar gorge to myself and not worry. Me me me

I also slipped and got my jeans covered in mud. But I slipped on purpose. I wanted to complete the look. My jeans are already torn so i figured muddy would complete them.

I'm looking for some form of fitness which has a social element to it. I've thought of gym classes and yoga but it seems like people just go to the class then leave straight after with little socialising involved (fair enough). Dance classes are too intense, I went to one and absolutely hated it. Any suggestions?

^ I find gym classes the most sociable. I rarely attend the gym now. If you make an effort to talk to people they will generally respond.

I love classes. I could go to 7 a week if I had the time. My favourites are body pump, aerobics, and boxing classes.
Since moving I'm going to change my gym to one more locally.

In the past Ive been a bit of a council gym snob.

I go to PureGym and the classes are included in the monthly subscription. I mainly go to circuts and find it more enjoyable than a normal gym visit mainly because it is more motivating and there is a good range of cardio and various resistance exercises.

I wouldn't mind trying Yoga because I have found from the basic stretching exercises (where you have to stand on one leg etc) that my balance is pretty poor.

]Just thought I'd drag this old thing back up!

Since I've been off training due to injury I've been gradually getting back to fitness. So back on the pull ups, dips etc. Gradually building up the running. Even done squats the other day.

Although i may forgo all of this in order to just get a sixpack. Women don't care how strong you are or whether you do combat sports or not, they just want abs. Biceps also count to a lesser degree so I may just do ab crunches and bicep curls everyday from now on

I mean why bother training to fight when you can just go on a diet and get laid?
