There are some road works with temporary trafic lights near me, but they have made no provision for pedestrians to cross, so you just have to guess which way the traffic is coming from next, not only that but they put their temporary road signs on the inside of the pavement and cars are parked half way onto the pavement, so no part of the pavement is for walking.

Pedestrian deniers.

I was at work when it was snowing, but all I kept thinking about was that I really hope my daughter saw it today at nursery.

Eyelashes that get hooked on each other in the corners in an attempt to mimic velcro apparently, and that then go into your eye when you attempt the untangle manoeuvre.

Over two weeks since I cut out sugary things and bread and pasta etc. I’ve only snacked on nuts and fruit and I’ve only been drinking tea and water.
Just weighed myself and I’ve lost... absolutely nothing :/
I wasn’t expecting much but was hoping for a tiny difference at least.

People who make you feel so small because they're so excited over Christmas already and their little darlings are "so spoilt this year" and I can't even begin to do the same for my kid because I just can't afford it and it makes me feel like such as shit parent.

Mum: Have some soup
Me: I don't want soup, since I'm having a big dinner
Mum: I'm going to do your soup
Me: I just said, I don't want soup
Mum: But I'm going to have some soup too
Me: So you just have soup
Mum: But I don't like your soup
Me: So what soup are you going to have?
Mum: I just told you, I don't like soup
Me: :-/

'Grandad went to TK Maxx and picked up these fantastic gifts'.

No, Grandad went to TK Maxx and picked up a load of old toot. What's that plastic dog's head about?!

And who's going to clear up all that fake snow all over the driveway? Not Grandad, that's for sure.

If those are the good presents, you have to wonder what all the rubbish ones that didn't make it into the advert are.

Item fails to sell on auction for 14.99+3.40 postage, so I message them right after 'Would you take 15 including postage?', they reply 'Yes you can have it for 15 +3.40'.

Why is there never an end to this?

People that don't watch foreign movies because they ' don't watch films to read'. Moron, you're already looking at the screen! It's no extra effort for anyone with an adult reading level. Sheeat.

If you want to read a film, why don't you just download the subs and read them? I want to watch films, not read a small block of text at the bottom of the screen while missing the film, so I'll take the dubbed version thanks.

Erm, you mean books?

Subs just aren't the same. The performances don't match what's going on, and it ruins the actors intent imo.

I watch everything with subtitles. I feel like I can't understand what's going on otherwise.

I don't mind subtitles if I don't understand the language, but if it's in English they completely throw me off. I end up reading everything before it's spoken, and I kind of zone out from listening properly. I'd probably be better off with them though, because I'm sure I flat out don't hear about a 1/3 of what's said due to wanky ears and general slowness.

I was filling up with petrol earlier this morning and something landed on my head. I felt the top of my head and couldn't feel anything there and carried on filling up. Then as I put the nozzle back on the petrol box, a wasp dropped down from my head and buzzed around my face. I screamed and ran across the forecourt trying to get away from it.

Oooh I hate this one.

When somebody you know is friendlier to your mum/relative/friend/anyone other than you but makes it obvious to nobody but you.
I always try to be polite to him but he must sense my awkwardness, he always beeps the horn at my mum etc and chats if she sees him getting into his car about to drive away.
But if he sees me on my own he's quiet and drives away.
If i told anyone in real life this they will say I'm imagining it and he's dead on.

Well no I think you don't like me Mr non Beepy the horn or hardly speak to me guy.
